Requirements:

* Saudi National

* Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree preferred

* 10-15 years of experience in the field of Hajj

* Previous experience in a leadership position of no less than 5 years

* Experience in services systems for pilgrims abroad and quantitative and qualitative classification

* Problem solving skills & Experience in logistics and supply chain 

* Experience in preparing organizational structures and budgets

* Full knowledge of the English language, spoken and written

Main tasks and responsibilities:

* Developing the company’s strategic plans and growth plans

* General supervision of the management of the Hajj sectors and the company’s departments

* Establishing distinguished relationships with relevant authorities

* General supervision of suppliers and contractors and following up on their performance

* General supervision of quality control
